CWS Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited amount of seats available on our trips, and in order to avoid disappointments, Caribbean Watersports has adopted a cancellation policy.  

All confirmed reservations must be made with a credit card or on a room charge. Please supply us with a contact number if conditions change.

A 100% cancellation fee may be charged if cancellation is within three business hours before departure.  There is no charge for cancellations made by the Captain or Beach Master due to weather or safety concerns. Emergencies are, of course, an exception, and proof may be required.

For 9 or 10 AM trips, cancellations should be made by 4:00 PM the day before the activity.

We will do our utmost to re-schedule guests without penalty. Please always contact us direct at the CWS counter or by calling 305-852-4707 for more information.
