RESERVATIONS

Please complete the information below to make a reservation request. Please have it ready when you call. We will be able to confirm or deny your request typically within three days. We will respond to you with specific availability and rate information for the requested activities. Until your request has been confirmed it is not in force. Your deposit will not be processed until your request has been acknowledged and the rate is confirmed to you via return E-Mail or over the telephone. A deposit will be required to hold your reservation. If you are not comfortable providing your credit card information with the form, you can contact us by telephone to do so. Your card will not be charged until your request is confirmed. You may also fax this form to us at 1- 305-852-5160 after printing it out on your computer. A Deposit of $50.00 is required for all confirmed tours and trips.

CWS Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited amount of seats available on our trips, and in order to avoid disappointments, Caribbean Watersports adopts a cancellation policy. Please always contact us direct at the counter or by calling 305-852-4707 for more information.

Only confirmed reservations will be made with full credit card information or on a room charge. Please supply us with a contact number if conditions change.

A 100% cancellation fee may be charged if cancellation is within three business hours (36 hours for Private Charters) before departure or by 4PM for the next mornings tours for Enviro-Tours/CWS Sunset Tours or Parasail departures. Fishing Charters require 2 weeks notice without fees. There is no charge for cancellations made by the Captain due to weather or safety concerns. Emergencies are, of course, an exception, and proof may be required.

There is a $25 Re-Schedule Fee if within notice period for changes of departure or number of seats.
